Perth East Noise By-Law (53-2008) as it pertains to Noise, as well as the Perth East Zoning By-Law (30-1999) as it pertains to the permitted uses for Industrial Zone (M1-15). Specifically addressing the need to reduce operating hours and prevent noise disturbances on neighboring properties caused by activities outside permitted hours.
The proposed by-law amendments focus on reducing noise disturbances from industrial operations near residential areas. By limiting operational hours and enhancing enforcement, we aim to create a quieter, more peaceful environment that supports mental well-being and community harmony.
